When you browse Haven Beauty, we don't require an account. When you check out, we collect your full name, phone number, email address, delivery location, and any delivery notes you add, so we can fulfil and deliver your order.

If you create a password to manage your account, we store it encrypted. We never store your M-Pesa PIN or full payment credentials, those are handled directly by Safaricom.

• To respond when you contact us for support
• To improve the products and bundles we stock

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. When you create an account, we may email you about offers, new arrivals and items left in your cart. Every one of these emails has an unsubscribe link, and you can switch them off any time from your account page. Order and delivery emails are always sent.

We share the minimum information needed with the following processors to run our store:

• Safaricom M-Pesa, to process your payment
• Our delivery partners, to get orders to your address
• Our email provider, to send order and account emails

We use a small number of essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember what's in your cart. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

Under Kenya's Data Protection Act, 2019, you can ask us to show you what personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete your account and associated data, subject to what we're legally required to keep for tax and accounting records.
