Shipping & Returns

Your exact delivery fee is calculated at checkout based on your location. As a guide:

• Pickup at our Moi Avenue store, free
• Nairobi CBD and estates served by matatu stages, from Ksh 300
• Super Metro-served towns (Thika, Kikuyu, Ruiru, Juja, Ngong, Kitengela and similar), Ksh 250
• Outside Nairobi, from Ksh 400, depending on the courier route

Orders placed before 2pm on a weekday are usually dispatched the same day. Nairobi deliveries typically arrive within 24 to 48 hours; deliveries outside Nairobi take 2 to 4 business days depending on the courier.

You'll get an order confirmation as soon as you check out, and we'll notify you by phone or email when your order ships.

All sales are final. Once an order has been delivered to you or picked up from our store, the purchase is complete and items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.

If you're unsure whether a product suits your skin, or want to confirm a shade, size, or ingredient, please ask us before you order and we'll gladly help.

The only refunds we make are for orders we cancel before delivery, for example if a product goes out of stock after you pay. In that case you're refunded in full.
